Infinity Global Group provides maritime security services and training to the yachting industry that can be tailored to fit a specific vessel and the clients needs. With over 17 years of yachting security experience it gives us a unique advantage of maintaining and improving our success. By implementing a threat and risk assessment analysis, we are able to identify the vulnerabilities of the yacht and apply an effective security management plan, this would then co ordinate with the day-to-day hospitality of the yacht. Our teams are trained to operate aboard yachts and understand the day-to-day intricacies of being aboard high profile vessels.
In demand is our Unauthorized Boarder Training. The one-day training is carried out onboard and does not interrupt the ongoing busy work schedule that yachts have on a limited yard period. By splitting the crew into two groups we train one half in the morning and after lunch we train the remaining crew. The training is scenario based. It simulates situations that the crew may encounter in various environments on a day-to-day basis, and can be dealt with themselves. This is fundamental to the safety of yachts and follows the basis of yacht crew employed or engaged in any capacity on ships that are required to comply with the ISPS Code. They must undertake training in Proficiency in Security Awareness as required under the ISPS Code. They learn how to best react and resolve the most likely security situations they may face themselves in. Our training generates a progression of team bonding and confidence. We focus on aspects of command and control, which provides confident leadership and a readiness that crew can utilize throughout their careers.
With the increasing amount of residential vandalism, theft, aggravated burglaries and even kidnappings, there is a growing number of clients who require enhanced security for their office buildings and homes. Firstly we complete a comprehensive residential threat and risk assessment analysis, we are able to layout the vulnerability and implement security systems and advice to suit the clients individual needs. We gap existing residential security systems and initiate any required security system procurement.

Casualty Management Program combines emergency first aid training and response kits to give crew, residents, teachers, staff, employees, and students the tools needed to increase survival. Infinity Global Group believe that pre-hospital care is the most important aspect in ensuring the survival of a casualty. The fate of the injured lies in the hands those who are first to render aid. In addition, these casualty management skills are just as useful for any penetrating trauma.

Steve Bradshaw (Principal Consultant)
Infinity Global Group was created on the experience and credentials of the Principal. He began a military career in the Royal Marines from 1973. After 4 years Commando Unit experience he joined the Special Boat Service, United Kingdom Special Forces (SBS, UKSF). He deployed on operations and training advisory tasks around the world. He served as Squadron Sergeant Major of 3 squadrons, mastering each of their unique in theater requirements. He retired from the British Military as a Warrant Officer after 22 years service.
After retirement from the British Military, fortune gave him employment as the security officer for an American businessman. He was the security officer for his two private motor yachts ‘Battered Bull’, and ‘Bullish’ since 1995. He was responsible for the security of both vessels, the owners family and guests, without any disruption to their enjoyment whilst onboard. The Principal was also responsible for armed and unarmed Close Protection Duties ashore. He was instrumental in the decision making process on improvements for the security of both yachts. From 1999, in addition to his security duties, he took over the dive operations on board and held the dive officer position. He ran diving operations for the owner, his family and guests in numerous remote locations. His time onboard included two and a half circumnavigations of the world in high risk areas.
On completion of his employment onboard he worked for a Florida maritime security firearms company, Maritime Executive Solutions, LLC. He developed and implemented the training program for Maritime Security Liaison Officer firearms training courses. Among other compliance and governance issues he secured membership to the Security Association for the Maritime Industry (SAMI) Stage 1 accreditation. Implemented compliance for Rules of Engagement, Standard Operational Procedures and on board anti piracy firearms techniques. More recently he has worked with SCI Risk Control, LLC in Florida, assisting in the delivery of school security, awareness and medical trauma training.
All our operators and consultants are from a variety of backgrounds and professions, foremost UK/US military and EMS, and have subsequently gained significant experience within the private sector. Their Subject Matter Expertise (SME) heightens our knowledge and experience within the security industry.
